Virtual backgrounds on Zoom can make your video calls look polished and professional, or just add a fun touch to casual meetings. Recommended Zoom Background Image Size

Zoom recommends virtual background images at 1920×1080 pixels (Full HD) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. If your monitor is 4K, you can upload a 3840×2160px image for even sharper results. The maximum file size is 5 MB for images.

How to Resize an Image for Zoom Background
